The use of this site, and terms and conditions for our providing information is governed by our disclaimer. By using this site you will be bound by terms thereof.

The Wildebeest Co. or any employ of; is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or of the like from "mis-use" or "neglect". The information from and through is provided "as is" and all warranties, expressed or implied are included but not limited to the disclaimer. No representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever are made to the accuracy, adequacy, reliability, currentness, completeness, suitability or applicability of the information to a particular situation.

The Wildebeest Co. will not be responsible for any "mis-use" that would cause undue harm, damage or injury to one(s)-self or acquaintance(s) and or the like: i.e. The Wildebeest Co. will not be responsible for any "pinched appendages" or "shenanigans" related to "mis-use", dilapidation and or neglect. All responsibility and liability of this product are Disclaimed. All term and conditions with respect to this product is governed by a Terms of Service Agreement.

WARRANTY: This product is warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. If it fails to operate during this period or is otherwise defective, despite correct usage, return it prepaid, in secure packaging, with the receipt or other proof of purchase to The Wildebeest Company for replacement without charge. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, cosmetic damage, or any cause beyond the control of The Wildebeest Company. Replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. The Wildebeest Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. This warranty is valid only in the United States.
